Beautiful double room in Shadwell

The apartment is located in a fantastic setting: 5 minutes walk from the Shadwell DLR and Overground Station. If you are familiar with the area, the flat is very close to the market, right behind the Holiday Inn hotel.

You will be put on the contract too and will be asked one month deposit and one month rent. You will be in the contact with the agency of you would like so. The rent will include the internet which is paid until April.

The apartment has two double rooms and we are two lovely girls sharing one room. Ideally we would be 3 altogether in the flat but we are also considering 2 people in the room. We are students and preferably we would like a student/s. The environment would be prefect for someone who is tidy, respectful and responsible about the rent.

The room includes the double bed, a table, chair, the wardrobe and the chest wardrobe and if you require more furniture we can provide more. The flat has a spacious living room with enough room for few friends if it would be the case. Also if you have any suggestions about the flat or about arrangements in the flat we are open to ideas.

Benefits of living here: 10 minutes walk from Liverpool street, you have enough shops, restaurants around, Tesco is open until 11, also Iceland and the Watney market. Also fantastic transport link available during the night as the Commercial road is two minutes away.
