About the Flat:

More like a house, the flat is spread over two floors with our own entrance.
There is a lounge with a TV, a fully-equipped, bright, modern kitchen, one bedroom and a toilet on the first floor. On the second floor are two bedrooms (one of which is yours) and a large bathroom with a bath/shower.

About the Room:

Your bedroom is on the second floor and faces out onto the back garden (belonging to the downstairs neighbour). The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. A chest of drawers, side table and shelves are also available, subject to negotiation with the departing tenant.

Available from the beginning of June but might be able to move in a little earlier.

Bills:

Bills come to about £140 per month each and include council tax, electricity, gas heating, water, TV licence and 200mb/s Virgin Media Internet and Netflix.

About us:

Clean, considerate, friendly and independent flatmates. We are an Irish journalist and an Aussie holistic therapist.

We like catching up in the kitchen or meeting for an after-work drink on occasion but are also happy to give each other space as we have our own things going on too.
We’d like to live with someone who is like-minded.

About the Area:

The flat is in a prime location just 10 mins walk from White City/Wood Lane tube stations and closer to 15mins from Shepherd's Bush (Central line / Overground). We're around 5 mins from Shepherd's Bush Market (Hammersmith & City/Circle lines). Very near to lots of local shops/cafes & a 10 minute walk to Westfield Shopping Centre, cinemas and Bush theatre. We're also close to Bush Hall and Shepherd's Bush Empire if you're into live music. Walking distance to Holland Park and Ravenscourt Park and the Notting Hill area.
