Ideal housemate:
We are 2 friends who are looking for a lovely girl to join us in our gorgeous 3 bedroom flat close to Goldhawk Road station. It’s a good size double room sharing a bathroom with only one other person. Both professionals who work outside the home every day. We are also very tidy, clean and conscientious in our space so would like someone who matches that.
We’d love to find someone who’s up for socialising with us, flat dinners, a movie night or even an occasional boogy down the local pub. We aren’t massive party animals but do occasionally enjoy a night out or a rave. Weeknights we are in bed early so like to think we strike a healthy balance.

Bills come to an additional £160(ish) depending on the fluctuation of energy bill.
In total rent and bills will be approx £1140per month - a new spreadsheet with everything calculated will be created when new person joins us.
