Lovely room available for rent🏡

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my contract in an amazing flat in Shepherd’s Bush. It’s a 12 month contract and signed directly with the landlord’s agency. The room is available ASAP! Rent per month is £880 including all bills (heating, electricity, water, council tax and wifi) so no extra costs. 🌸

I have been staying in this room for 2 years and 6 months, I’m only leaving as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. I’ve really enjoyed my stay here and I’m sure you will too!

It is a 3 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen. There’s 2 flatmates, both are professional females. The room is a cozy double bedroom fully furnished. You would be sharing the bathroom with only one flatmate. 🏠

The location is amazing, there’s a bus stop right outside the house and a 8 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Station. There’s lots of shops around, Lidl, big Tesco and Westfield White City is less than a 10 minute walk away. 🌿

The landlords requirements are:
- Visa, pre-settled or settled status
- Passport
- Payslips for 3 months
