Comfy double room with patio in Shepherds Bush

Hi. I am a 35 year old Londoner (girl). I am a live in landlord and have a lovely 2 bed garden flat in Shepherds Bush. I’m offering my spare room to rent which has a double bed, built in wardrobe and access to a small patio from the bedroom. The flat is modern has great light with the living area leading out to the garden. I am very chilled landlord. I enjoy socialising and occasionally have friends over on the weekend either before or after going out. But I don’t have parties at my home at all.. Just the odd friend or 2 in the living room. I drink on weekends. (Smoke occasionally but only in the garden). Looking for someone like minded. Not a total party animal. But also not completely up tight. I have rented my spare room out on Airbnb around 30 times and have 30 great reviews. I encourage everyone to use my home as their own. I’m very relaxed. I have SKY tv in the living room. All bills included. Good WiFi. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer combo.
