Hello everyone ! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely West London flat. The room has two big windows, a built in wardrobe and comes furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers and shelves. The flat has a huge living/dining room, a bathroom and kitchen with washer and dryer.

The location is between Acton and Shepherds Bush which makes it a perfect commuting location as you can easily get a 15 min bus to Hammersmith or White City and can walk to the Central, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines ! (And an overground too)

The rent is £891 a month with all bills included except wifi !! (Which is £6.50 a month) A steal I think for the size😌

You will be sharing with 3 flatmates (2 female & 1 male) who are a mix of students and professionals. All friendly, respectful people :))

Rent is paid on the 25th of each month and you would sign on for a 9, 12 or 15 month contract with the estate agents, with a 6 month break clause.

There is a gym and park 5 mins walk away, lots of cafes and coffee shops, Lidl is 10 min walk and Tesco express is 5 mins. Buses are right on your doorstep, can’t recommend the area enough !
