I am looking for someone to takeover my room in Shepherds Bush/East Acton as I have decided to move back home to Brighton and save some money as I only go to the office once a week!
I would ideally want someone to replace my contract from September to Feb. You can extend the contract for a year after that.
Deposit: £978.00 (This will be paid to me as your name will be on the contract and the deposit I have paid will be put under your name)
My current flatmate is also moving out but earlier than me so can't confirm the flatmate as of yet.
The area has great transport links, with a bus stop right outside the block and East Acton, Shepherds Bush Market and Shepherds Bush underground stations nearby.

The rent is £898 pcm and includes all water bills.

Council tax is Band E and is not included in the rent price. There is no gas at the property, so you don't need to factor it into additional utility bills.

The bedroom features a double-size bed, with a small desk and also huge wardrobe.

The flat is on the fourth floor (there is lift access) in a secure, gated and well maintained, modern development on Bromyard Avenue.

It is furnished, has high ceilings and the open plan kitchen-living room comes with all the kitchen utilities, and two comfortable sofas (one 3-seater) and a coffee table.

The living area is spacious and also features a large dining table; there is plenty of natural light throughout the whole flat which is a lovely bonus, especially in the summer months!

The kitchen is modern and clean with lots of storage. It comes with a microwave, toaster, a large fridge-freezer, oven, grill and kettle. I am an avid cook and it has served me well!
