Spacious Double Room in W3, near Shepard’s Bush

Hi everyone,

I’m moving out early, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the last 3 months. There may be potential to extend for the year after, but this is yet to be confirmed.

🏠About the flat
The flat is a 12 minute walk from East Acton station (Zone 2 Central Line), and a 10 min bus to Westfield, Shepard’s Bush. Lidl and Tesco both 5 min walk away. The flat also has access to a communal garden, shared with the block.

The rent is £845, and the room comes with bed, large built in wardrobe & side tables, and desk & chair. Bills come to around £150 per month.

You’ll be sharing with two flatmates:
Liddy (25) - Mental Health Practioner
Issy (25) - Junior Producer

Both girls are very friendly, sociable and clean. They work mixture of in office and from home, but the flat is generally quite during the day if you also work from home.
