It's a decent little flat - I've been here 7 years! - and has everything you need. The location is unbelievable. We're right on Shepherd's Bush Green and Westfield is 5 mins away.
Its a 3 bedroom flat. Current flatmates are myself and Roberto.
The rent includes all the bills which the landlord takes care of.
Please note there is no living room.
This is a quiet flat and would suit someone looking for long term, mature, routine-oriented with a full time job. Female preferred. We don't really have visitors at the flat, but this isn't a hard rule. Its a peaceful safe sanctuary and we tend to keep to ourselves and live our own lives.
