A bright double room in a nice, friendly flat ~ very quiet location! (girl preferred ).

The room has just been painted, is bright and has got an inviting atmoshpere. The room is of a good size with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The flat is immaculately maintained and is situated off the Uxbridge Road in a quiet, residential area; with delis, cafes, off licences, gyms and Ravenscourt Park is also 15 min from the property.

The living room is spacious and has a wooden laminted flooring and opens onto a balcony. There is plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is very bright and has a big fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and a tumble dryer!
There is one shared bathroom and an additional toilet.

About the housmates; We are two guys and one girl, all 22-27 ( Italian, French, Japan) We are all professionals and work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will socialize time-to time. This means everyone gets their own space because we don't really have the same working hours. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from East Acton station, 20 min from Hammersmith and City lines and 15 min walk away Shepherds Bush Market underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 5min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Ravenscourt Park and the beautiful Holland Park.

The rent is £826 pcm . All bills included. The room is a single tenancy. The deposit is 1 month and will be lodged with DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme)
