Rent is £975 each (total £1,950) + ~£150 bills. First floor, super cozy, fully decorated and feels like home. The room is spacious with lots of natural light and comes mostly furnished (desk + chair can be sold cheaply 🪑).
About Maria:
She’s 25, from New Zealand, works in hotel management—fun, clean, and genuinely the best flatmate!
Location:
Between East Acton & Shepherd’s Bush, with easy access to Hammersmith. Coffee shops nearby + Tesco 5 mins away.
