After 5 years, I am moving out of this amazing studio flat, therefore looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement. (Short lets might be considered too)

Rent 1,550 (including heating and hot water) + bills (water, electricity, Council, internet)

About the flat:
A very nice kitchen size for a studio. Contains hob, oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave, and washing machine (with dryer).
The flat includes a built in wardrobe. The rest of the furniture is mine, and I could sell some of the items, if interested. Otherwise, it can be unfurnished.

The building has a porter, and is super close to several tube stations. The closest ones are Shepherds Bush and Goldhawk Road, but also at walking distance to Hammersmith.

This is a very nice area with loads of options: Westfield mall is super close, offering shopping, restaurants, cinema and even grocery shopping options, Brook Green village also close and super charming. Hammersmith riverside or Holland Park are also not too far, offering beautiful walking routes. Besides smaller markets, there’s also a Lidl and a big Tesco nearby.
