Hello! Here is our top-floor double bedroom with private ensuite, located in a spacious 4 bedroom house with garden in Shepherds Bush (W3). Ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable and calm weekday base within easy reach of multiple tube lines for your commute.

The room itself is spacious, quiet and full of natural light, with a large skylight, a door overlooking leafy gardens, and a modern bathroom including walk-in shower. There's plenty of built-in storage (built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, Ottoman bed), and enough space for yoga/stretching if that's your fancy. We're very happy to add a desk to the room, along with anything else that you'd find useful. Being on the top floor, it feels private and separate from the rest of the house. Superfast WiFi coverage extends to the top floor too.

In terms of the rest of the house, we've got a very big kitchen and double living room, a garden that gets plenty of light, and there's just us (a couple) and a small dog in a 4 bed house, so you won't feel cramped.

We're really well connected and you can get into Central London via a number of routes:

- Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) - 17 minute walk, 5 minute cycle. Elizabeth Line is 10 minutes to Paddington, 19 minutes to Liverpool Street.

- Acton Central (Overground) - 10 minute walk.

- Stamford Brook (District Line) - 15 minute walk, 5 minute cycle.

- Shepherds Bush/Shepherds Bush Market (Central/Circle/H&C Line, Overground) - 10 minute bus.

We work in the City (Moorgate) and in East London (Hoxton), and can both be door to door in 40 minutes.

If you're driving in/out of London, you can be on the M4/A40 in 5-10 minutes - a godsend on a Friday night!

The Area

We're on a pretty quiet road, and as your room faces to the rear you won't be disturbed by any traffic.

We're lucky to be close to two lovely high streets with independent coffee shops, shops, pubs and restaurants - Churchfield Road (10 minute walk) and Askew Road (13 minutes). Chiswick is not far. We've got a good-sized Tesco a 4 minute walk away for all your food and drink needs.

Two health clubs (Mode/David Lloyd) are a 5 minute walk, as is a more budget-friendly but perfectly good gym (Kiss).

Other points

We've got private/secure bike storage if you need it.

In terms of the arrangement this is a Monday-Friday let with scope for some flexibility if you would like on occasional weekends; You can also stay on Sunday nights if needed. WFH is no issue, and Bills are included.

We're looking for a tidy, respectful professional who wants a comfortable quiet base during the week.

About us

We're Will and Ash a young professional couple with no children, and one dog, Benji (small, well behaved). We work in Finance and Tech and are in the office three days per week. We love being active and cooking. We're generally pretty busy/active, whether that's getting up early to get to the gym in the morning or being out with friends or at work events in the evening. We're tidy (we also have a cleaner once a week which helps!), respectful and pretty easy going.
