A nice double room in a beautiful flat in in Sulgrave Road.
The room has a big built in wardrobe and it comes with double bed and a mattress..
The block is just off Shepherds Bush Road. The whole flat is furnished and its décor is tasteful and modern. It has all the mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. The bathroom is a very good size with a power shower, toilet, basin etc.
There are two other housemates, all 23-27 . We work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent, but will socialize time-to time. They are clean and tidy, and respect each other’s space. We do prefer a girl for the property.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 2 minutes’ walk from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines and 5 min walk away from Shepherds Bush underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 30 seconds walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Cathnor Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.

The rent is £956 pcm All bills included. The double room is a single tenancy. The deposit will be lodged with DPS ( Deposit Protection Scheme)
