We have got a lovely single bedroom available in a ground floor flat in a residential area just off Askew Road on the Shepherd's Bush / Acton border. District (Stamford Brook) and Hammersmith&City / Circle line (Shepherd's Bush Market) are within walking distance, Central and Piccadilly line a short bus ride.

The room is decent size with a single bed.

The kitchen has got a nice dine-in area. Washer, dryer and fridge/freezer, all these helping friends are there.

There are 3 bedrooms in total (no shared lounge), one bathroom, but one bedroom has got en-suite toilet/sink. It is a professional flatshare (at the moment there is one 41 year old male mostly working from home and a 23 year old male mostly working in the office) and we rather appreciate the quietness in the flat after a day of work. We do share the odd glass of wine or meal. We believe in respect of each other's privacy and adequate level of tidiness and keeping communal areas clean should go without saying we shall think.
