We have a beautiful double bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house in Shepherds Bush/Acton.

The house has 5 bedrooms, a living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a WC, a utility room, a study, front and back garden. Nearest tube stations are Shepherds Bush, Shepherds Bush Market and Hammersmith. The nearest bus stop is less than 2 minutes walk from the house.

There are four girls currently living in the house. Two of us are nurses so work shifts, one of us is a designer and one a PA. We enjoy socialising, shopping, holidays and a girls nights out!

We are looking for someone who is also quite sociable and has similar interests so that we can do things together as a house and hopefully become good friends!

So money wise...
for the room the deposit is £886. 80 payable on moving in day

The rent (£635) for 15th May - 15th June needs to be paid by 6th May latest so it clears ready so you can move in on 15th May.

Then there's the standard referencing fees from the agency of £120 each person (they have the application form and you need to provide a job reference with salary to show that you can afford rent, and a previous landlord reference)
