One Room In Beautiful House With Hot-Tub!!!

I am seeking a professional person over 40. I have a double room for rent in Donaldson Road, Shooters Hill overlooking the back garden. You will share the living room, bathroom and kitchen with the landlady - a female in her fifties, teacher plus one other tenant, a male in his fifties, black cab driver, who is here 3/4 nights per week. There are also two very friendly cats.

We maintain a tidy shared living environment and it is expectted that your possessions will be kept in your room. We are very mindful about cleaning the kitchen and bathroom after use with a 'leave as you find' policy.

The room comes with fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair as well as a bed.
This is an exceptionally quiet neighbourhood with unrestricted parking on the street outside the house.
Transport: 244, 486 and 89 buses stop at the top of the road (Memorial Hospital bus stop). Woolwich Arsenal (overground/DLR) and the Elizabeth line (Crossrail) is a 20/25 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride away.
This would ideally suit someone who has an appreciation of nature and the outdoors, as I do. The surrounding area is incredibly green and includes an ancient woodland (5 mins walk), an 89 acre farm (15 mins walk), Shooters Hill Golf Course (10 mins walk) as well as Shrewsbury and Foxcroft parks (10/15 mins walk). The air quality is better than most of London here due to the abundance of trees and elevated location.
Rent includes use of all utilities (including wi-fi), cleaning and window cleaning.
Smokers allowed but not pets. A deposit of £800 is required as well as a reference from a previous landlord or employer. You will also be required to sign a basic lodged agreement.
Please understand that, on a lodger's agreement, visitors are not permitted in the house.
