Room to rent in spacious flat in Woolwich

Hi,

I've got a spare room in my flat in Woolwich. It's in a private development which used to be a Victorian hospital.

The flat is quite big (~900 square feet), and the grounds have nice gardens, a tennis court and swimming pool.

I've only recently moved in, so I am happy to buy any more furniture that you might like for the room.

There's excellent bus links, and access to central London via Eltham or North Greenwich.

I'm a full time working professional, sometimes I work long shifts, including night shifts.

I like going to the gym, cycling and going out to raves.

I will soon have a cat joining me in the flat! Unfortunately the flat isn't suitable for dogs
