✨ Large Double Room to Rent – £900 (Bills Included) – Woolwich / South East London ✨

About the room & flat:
* Rent: £900 pcm, all bills included (may increase slightly in future, but nothing major)
* Location: Woolwich area, great transport links – 15 min bus / 30 min walk to several train stations, including the Elizabeth Line (Central London in ~25 mins 🚆)
* Flat: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + separate toilet, kitchen, dining room & living room
* Deposit: 1 month’s rent required upfront
* Sorry, no pets

Who you’ll be living with:
* The landlord: Uses the 3rd bedroom downstairs, stays a few days a week (usually Wed–Fri). Super friendly, easy-going, and always gives notice if he isn’t coming that week.
* Me (Brisa): I’m 24, a flight attendant (so away some days ✈️). I speak Portuguese & Spanish, love trying new restaurants, cocktail bars, nights out, content creation, cooking, reading, and guilty-pleasure TV. Sociable, easy-going, and love a good laugh.

What we’re looking for:
* Ideally sociable – I was close with our last flatmate and would love to build a friendship with the next person too ☺️
* Clean & tidy (we do have a rota)
* Doesn’t WFH every day
* Respectful and easy-going
* Females PREFERRED

The vibe:
The flat is in a quiet area and generally very peaceful. Sometimes we’ll have dinner or a chat together, but we also respect each other’s space.
