A room is available in our spacious 3 bedroom flat in SE London. The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe.
The flat is 2 levels, with a bright, open space living room and kitchen and 2 balconies. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite, so you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person and there is also a extra toilet. Amenities include a lovely concierge who collects our packages. Lots of transport links from Woolwich like Elizabeth line, DLR and national rail, making it so easy to get to central london.
Rent is £700 a month excluding bills which are around £200.
As for my housemates, we get along great, and we're hoping to find someone who can also feel right at home! Ideally we are looking for a preferably female housemate that is friendly, tidy, contributes to maintaining a clean home, safe space and also respects boundaries and personal space. We are working professionals in our mid to late twenties.
