It boasts 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. The room is lockable and it has a lot of storage. It overlooks a lovely 100 foot garden. Deposit, references required. Good transport links. 15 mins walk to Woolwich Arsenal rail station/DLR. 20 min to London Bridge. There are good bus links to Woolwich (53, 51), Greenwich (180, 177). You can get to North Greenwich tube by bus (422, 472) and there are night buses if you are late from town. Also DLR from Woolwich can take you to Bank and Canary Warf.

The house is located in a quiet residential area within 5 minute walk to the Common and 15 minute walk to Oxleys Woods and lovely open green space, which may be of interest to people who enjoy long walks. It's Victorian with some period features and it has a lovely big garden.

The supermarket is within 5 minute walking distance. For me the best bit is the vicinity of open green space and the green chain walk, which is a real gem. You can also cycle to Greenwich alongside the Thames or to Blackheath.

We are a friendly professional couple who get on with most people. We like cooking, walking, cycling, arts ... and enjoy an odd glass of wine/beer after work. I hope I have covered everything, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Directions: Get to Woolwich Arsenal and take a 53 or 51 bus from Vincent Road and get off at Trinity Church. Approximately 4 stops. Alternatively walk along Vincent Road and turn into Burrage Road, walk up the hill, then you will see the Trinity Church and Wrottesley Road is opposite.
