Lovely Double in Friendly, Sunny House Share, SE18

Lovely double bedroom in a friendly, south east London house share, living with two professional girls and one guy.

Situated just off Shooters Hill, this beautiful four bedroom house has a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. We also have a big sunny garden which is great for BBQs, sunbathing and entertaining!

We're all long haul cabin crew so it'll be a quiet house a lot of the time as we're away four or five times a month. When we are all home we're a sociable bunch and love to share a bottle of wine and watch a film together. Equally we all have our own social lives and interests too.

We're looking for a like minded professional (who will be considerate after a 12 hour night flight!) to come and live with us :)

The closest station is Woolwich Arsenal which gets you to London Bridge in 22 minutes. We're also a 10 minute drive from Blackheath and Greenwich Park which are full of bars and attractions and also have great transport links to central London (15 mins). Other stations nearby are Eltham, Charlton and Woolwich.

The house also has convenient, frequent bus links to Woolwich Arsenal and Blackheath and there is plenty of parking outside the house on our safe, friendly street.

The double room is £400 pcm, plus bills which average out to around £100 per month. The deposit is £600 and our letting agents require references.

The room is available from the 28th October.
