X Large double room near Columbia flower market

Hi there,

We have an extra large double room just off Columbia rd flower market in a shared house with 1 female and 1 male professionals working in the creative industries.

We are in our 40s+ and this lovely house is our home. We are looking for another female (sorry guys) who will also treat it as such
-if you are easygoing, respectful and like the occasional hang out with your housemates please get in touch.

This very large room has 2 sections - a bedroom and a "living room" space - we've taken 2 photos as not possible taking one photo to show appropriately the space.

From the entry door, on the left is a bedroom and on the right sitting area.

The room looks furnished but it will be emptied of some of the furniture that belongs to our current housemate. There is a double bed, sofa in the 'living room' part, shelving unit and chest of drawers...

The rent is £900 + bills which come to around £150.
Move in date 1st of January 2026.

We share the bathroom and the kitchen and we do all the cleaning ourselves - we expect from a person moving in to share these responsibilities with us for example no dishes left overnight :)

There is no living room but the room is huge and the kitchen is the area where we meet and socialise. We also have a little garden So if you have green fingers there is a space where you can practice your skills!

Please note that the estate agent will require references and checks so you should be able to provide these to them.
