Due to the relocation of our lovely flat mate for work , 1 large sunny furnished double room that is work from home ready is now available for rent immediately within a spacious flat located in the heart of trendy Shoreditch close to St Leonard's hospital.
Currently we have the following people within the house:
2 females - One works in marketing with a design background so is very creative and organised. The other flatmate is in the Hospitality sector, a very good cook and likes to keep fit by doing yoga in her downtime. Both flatmates like to keep a clean household whilst socialising but respecting everyone’s privacy.
Our preference given the make up of the house is another female.
The large double room comes furnished consisting of a Bed , Double wardrobe , desk and storage.. We are happy for anyone to bring their own furniture if they wish though some discussion will be required.
Parking is also available via a permit which can be obtained easily using the available online systems.
There are no silly fees (TENANCY, ADMIN ETC) to pay as our landlord is quite good and we are not agents so all you will pay is 1 months rent in advance and a deposit.
The flat really must be seen as mentioned pictures don't do it justice (Silly iPhone).
The flat is duplex and has 2 floors as well as a front porchway (Perfect for Bikes).
The design features an open plan kitchen and dinning table area which we all utilise without it ever getting too busy. The house also features laminate floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms whilst the kitchen includes all white appliances such as an dishwasher, fridge freezer , dryer ,microwave, cooking oven and hob. The Bathroom and toilet are separate so no waiting for someone to finish showering to use the loo :)
The property benefits from a secure intercom entrance and has a nice park located just in the rear with lovely views of Kingsland road to the front.
We are located 5 minutes from the bars, pubs and clubs of Hoxton square and 10 minutes from the vibrant night life of old street.
The flat has excellent transport links only being just 5-10 minutes walk away from Saturday & Sunday markets such as Brick lane and Hoxton. Most amenities are 4-5 minutes away such as Sainsburys , Tesco express and various others shops / cafes.
Hoxton overground station is 3-4 mins walk whilst the house is also 10-15 minutes walk away from Old street (Northern line) underground station. Liverpool street underground station is 5 minutes away by bus furthermore bus stops that service the following routes going in either direction are adjacent to the house.
