Double room in the heart of Shoreditch

We live in secure development just off Curtain Road - equidistant to Old Street, Liverpool St and Shoreditch High St station with multitude of bars, restaurants and shops a stone's throw away.

Even though we are right in the hustle and bustle of Shoreditch, the house is nestled within a quiet development on a side street with very little noise.

The available room is located on the third (top) floor with large floor to ceiling window and a balcony.

The current flatmates are two engineers (male and female). We enjoy hanging out in the living room after work but also lead busy social lives (work permitting). We are looking for someone who enjoys living in a homey flat and a good conversationalist to join the occasional post-working venting sessions.

The room is available from the 1st of September.
