Great double room near Shoreditch from 7 November

Hello, we are RJ, Tat and Sandy (American, British and Scottish) and we all live together in this super flat directly between Columbia Road and Shoreditch High Street. Our flatmate stein is getting his own place and so we are looking for someone to replace him from 7th November onwards. We will only be having viewings on the evening of Wednesday Oct 8th. As we are looking to get someone signed on asap.

The apartment covers two floors and features a private patio, big open planned living room + kitchen and a modern bathroom. There's a washing machine and a dryer.

We are approx 5 mins walk from Shoreditch high street station and around 10 from Old Street and Liverpool street station

Bills amount to c. £50-60/mo/person and including a cleaner which we book around once per month to keep on top of the place.

We're all clean and social people, fairly independent though definitely up for the occasional meal/pint and keep a nice vibe around the house!

We hope to find someone who is working full-time as you will need to provide references etc. and looking for a nice place to call home.
