Single room - close to the City - large terrace

Hi!

Single room available in Shoreditch (10min walk to Liverpool Street and the City and 6min walk to Old Street). The flat has a large terrace with a BBQ and ping pong table. The room is furnished and the bathroom shared with 1 flatmate. The kitchen and living room is shared. Bills (including Broadband, water, electricity etc.) are c. 115 pounds. The flatmates are both working full-time, hence the flat is very quiet during the week.

We are looking for someone that would stay at least 3 months.

The room is available from the 4th of August 2019. In order to enter the rent contract the landlord will conduct a credit check.
