AVAILABILITY:
From 29 April 2024, with 1-year tenancy contract up for renewal on 29 September 2024.
The room may be available to move into earlier, from 21 April possibly, and are looking for a new flatmate to move in by 29 April at the latest.
We are looking for someone who would stay on the tenancy at least until the contract end at 29 Sep, with the option to renew and stay on for another year.
We have a preference for a female professional to join us, but are open to consider other persons.
GREAT SIZE:
About 24.39 sq m / 262.5 sq ft. Ample size to fit your own personal lounge space.
Furniture: large wardrobe, two chests of drawers, double bed with integrated storage and large desk. The two wall mirrors are also part of the room.
The bed and mattress are in perfect condition (changed by landlord just over 1 year ago).
The desk chair (comfy, good lumbar support) belongs to our leaving flatmate, but can stay in the room if you want it/do not have your own chair. She is happy to give it away.
Easily fits a 2 seater sofabed (as seen in picture) for your own lounge space.
Bright south-facing floor to ceiling windows (both window doors open) and juliet balcony. The building opposite is part of the London School of Fashion, so no residential neighbours facing windows across the road.
MODERN FLAT:
Common areas include a large, modern kitchen (can easily accommodate a party of 8+ for dining), and the large bathroom with bathtub.
Kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fan oven and gas stove + small appliances. We enjoy cooking!
The flat has Hyperoptic fast fibre broadband internet, which is great for entertainment as well as working from home.
A well-equipped Nuffield Health gym is located on the ground floor of the building with preferential rates for local residents (feel free to enquire directly with them if you are interested).
