Flatmate
You will be sharing with 1 professional Italian who is lovely! She works hard in the textile industry, is vegetarian, and enjoys taking exercise classes at Frame, including dance & yoga.

In a vibrant area full of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops & markets. Walking distance to Old Street, the City (finance area), & Brick Lane.

Garden
South facing garden with herbs, grass and patio area. Strawberries grow too, but the animals usually get to them first…

Studio sized room (4.5x2.8) with comfortable king sized bed, wardrobe & sofa (upstairs).

Bathroom & WC
Newly refurbished full sized bathroom upstairs & WC downstairs. Great shower!

Large kitchen with plenty of storage, furnished with all the mod cons.

Lounge & Dining
Massive lounge (4.2x4.4) and dining area with south facing window. Has large TV, but not used often.

Spare 3rd bedroom
Can be used as a study, exercise room (has huge mirror on wardrobe), or storage.

Move-in date possible between: 25th May - 5th June, but ideal date is 2 June (Sunday).

Best to budget for 150 a month (including a cleaner).
