Double room in spacious Shoreditch flat

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in the heart of Shoreditch with restaurants, bars and nice shops a stonesthrow away. 5 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street station and 10 minutes to both Liverpool street st and Old street st, plus loads of busses very close by.

Room is nice and bright, and comes partially furnished but existing furniture (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) can be negotiated :))). Bills are included but you will be expected to cover gas, which is about 30£ a month.
The room faces away from the street, so it's shielded from most noise.
The move in date would be between dec 22nd and the beginning of january.

The kitchen and living room are big and bright, and the bathroom was recently redone. The flatmates are chill, friendly and easy going, who likes to hang out but are also doing their own thing.
