Hi!

We are Karlotta and Ben from Iceland and France and we are looking for someone to take over the 3rd bedroom in our flat as our flatmate is moving.

The flat itself is absolutely stunning. Located right in the heart of Shoreditch, only a 5 min walk from Old Street station and about 7-10 to Liverpool Street Station. The building itself is surrounded by amazing pubs, restaurants, bus stops...most of the things/activities you can think about are less than 5min walk (Blues Kitchen anyone? Gloria, just cross the street!).

Perfect location in Shoreditch, amazing flatmates and a real flat-share vibe (cooking, playing music together, life discussions, Netflix binging, occasional party/BBQ).
Last but not least: we are the only residential flat in the building (4th floor with elevator) so forget about annoying neighbours!

The place genuinely feels like home :)
You'd be taking over a bedroom with an en suite and your own door out to the balcony.

We are looking for someone with the same mindset to join the crew :)
