Double bedroom available in a modern 4 bedroom flat in Shoreditch, Scrutton Street. The flat is in an ideal location, only a 5 minute walk to Liverpool st, Old st, and Shoredtich High st stations. Moorgate and Bank station are within a 10 and 20 minute walk respectively.

The room is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The flat has a large living room with open plan kitchen area with views across The City. The building is only 6 years old, it is well insulated, and includes lift access to the flat. The flat is managed by an agency who are very responsive and helpful (though there are no agency fees!)

The current housemates are young professionals working in the area. They work in marketing, IT, and finance and are between the ages of 24 and 31. They are super friendly, tidy, and will be the ones giving you a virtual tour of the flat (as I'm unfortunately not in London at the moment).

On top of the rent, council tax is £44/each/month and bills (electricity, water, broadband) are roughly £30/each/month.
