Double room with built ins and own bathroom available in 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rooftop terrace flat in Shoreditch on Old Street. Looking for a female flatmate, sorry boys!

The apartment is very modern, on the fourth floor of a 9 flat building. Building has lift access and two security doors. Stylish, open plan kitchen and living space. The top floor flat has a wrap around rooftop terrace, so lots of natural light throughout, with a very bright and light decor. Bills are not included, electricity/gas, council, water, and wifi all paid monthly together within the flat, roughly around £100 per month.

Two bathroom flat, with you to have your own private bathroom - just note it is a shower room only (no bathtub in that bathroom) but has a toilet, sink, sink cupboard, and mirrored cupboard.

Bedroom comes furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table and mirror, also includes built in high wardrobe and drawers. Living space furnished with sofa, dining table, TV and coffee table. Your bedroom would also be the most private in the flat, as it is at the opposite end to the living space and terrace, so you definitely have your own privacy in your room.

We are two friends, both girls, aged 27 (Slovakian) and 32 (Australian). Both really easy going, friendly girls who are wanting to make a happy, beautiful home for all of us to live in. We want whoever moves in to feel comfortable being here with us, as we like to have friends over and be social, cook dinner and watch movies together, and spend time together, while also respecting that we love our peace and quiet time to ourselves too.

We had only just signed the lease on the flat (4 July) when our third friend pulled out due to current pandemic. The room is available to be moved into from now until 4 September, so you have some flexibility with dates there. You would need to take over her name on the lease, through our agency, but they are very easy to work with. The lease is signed for 12 months, so you would be signing on to the rest of that contract. We also have every intention of continuing our lease here after our first 12 months.

Happy to do a FaceTime viewing first if preferred, to meet and have a chat, ahead of a property viewing. Mostly we are looking for someone who is going to be as happy as we are living here, and will be fun and friendly to live with. Video also available of furnishings included can be sent on request!
