Double bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat in the middle of Shoreditch, 8 minutes walk from Old Street Station and 8 minutes from Hoxton Station.

The flat is surrounded by bars, pubs and restaurants, spanning from busy & trendy to very local and low-key options. The flat itself is in a quiet street, so outside noise doesn't really come in.

We are very relaxed, out-going and sociable, which means we would like to keep having a few drinks and food altogether in the flat or outside every now and then.

Both flatmates are professionals, working in Finance.

Bills included: Council tax, water.

Moving date is flexible.

There are two storage rooms in the flat where we keep our luggage, bicycles, backpacks, etc..
