Double Room overlooking Shoreditch Park/Hoxton N1

I have a quiet double room available to sublet from the 1st of October for 6 months while I am abroad — £1230 PCM Including bills. There might be a possibility to extend to 1 year. The room comes furnished, as shown in the pictures. The room has two big windows, so you get plenty of sunlight and it is very quite.

It’s a beautiful and spacious two-bedroom flat and you’ll be sharing with my flatmate Agnes. She is from Hungary, 30 and working as a ceramist and tattoo artist.

The flat is already furnished and has all appliances one could need. The spacious living room gets a lot of natural light and has an amazing view over Shoreditch Park.

It’s a great flat, in a great area with lots of pubs, shops, restaurants etc. around you. 12 mins walk to Old Street station, and 24 mins walk to Highbury Islington Station. But you also have plenty of buses around and the canal a few steps away.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate and chilled. Happy to spend time together if around, but I also know when to respect each other’s space. We will only consider women for the room - thanks for your understanding.
