Due to our lovely flatmate relocating for her doctorate studies , 1 furnished double room is now available from October 31st within a spacious house located in the heart of trendy Shoreditch just opposite St Leonard's hospital. Currently we have the following people within the house:

2 Guys (New Zealander , Irish) - One works in Design and is very bubbly whilst enjoying communal activities such as cooking and hosting dinner parties , the other works for educational organisation so is generally quiet and quite handy at DIY.

1 Female (Indian ) - A professional within the marketing sector which involves a lot of travelling abroad , enjoys tennis and likes to keep fit

Please note there are no silly fees (TENANCY, ADMIN ETC) to pay as our landlord is quite good and we are not agents so all you will pay is 1 months rent in advance.

The house has 3 floors and its own gated front porch. It also features 2 bathrooms , one on the bottom floor and one on the top floor. Both bathrooms within the property feature quality fixtures and fittings with the main bathroom including a separate power shower.

The design features an open plan kitchen and TV area with sofas which we all utilise without it ever getting too busy. Liverpool street underground station is 5 minutes away by bus whilst the house is 3-4 minutes minutes walk away from Hoxton underground station furthermore the house is located adjacent to bus stops that service the following routes going in either direction:

The room is larger than pictures do it justice and can accommodate different furniture or layout if desired. We are happy for anyone to bring their own furniture if they wish though some discussion will need to take place..
