Ensuite room in stunning Shoreditch 2bed/2bath

Hi!

I live in a beautiful duplex luxury Shoreditch warehouse conversion apartment that consists of 2 double rooms with their own bathrooms (one ensuite) across two floors. Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer fridge freezer etc and spacious lounge and dining area as well as double height windows and juliette balcony to let in loads of light.

I'm looking for a flatmate to occupy the room on the upper floor from April 1st - October 1st (with the possibility of lease extension).

There's easy access to both Liverpool Street Station (~12 minute walk) and Old Street Station (~8 minute walk) and buses. Sainsbury's and Tesco are also close by (less than 10 minute walk for both). It's also in the heart of Shoreditch so you have loads of restaurants, pubs, parks etc. within walking distance.

I'm friendly and easy-going and I'm looking for someone who is keen on making this house a home! I had a wonderful experience with my former flatmate and the apartment truly felt comfortable and homely. I try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible and would love a flatmate who is the same.
