Fresh double room in Shoreditch / Brick Lane

Hello all,

Welcome to my ad. I've just moved out of my house due to changing personal circumstances and need someone to take over my old room. This ad is males only.

The room is on the top floor and has a great view (especially at night, if you enjoy cityscapes). The house is a Victorian style house above a shop opposite Brick Lane and is in the Shoreditch area. The house has 3 other cool individuals currently living there. There is a shared kitchen and living room (that looks right out over the highstreet - if you've been to Brick Lane previously, you've probably seen it). There is also a roof terrace out the back of the house which is great for the summer. Other than all the standard amenities which come with living in a place like Brick Lane / Shoreditch, there is also a basketball court (which the room looks over) directly outside of the house. The room is therefore generally quiet at night, despite its central location.

The house has a chill vibe where people are up for chatting / chilling but are also very respectful of personal space. Everyone there likes having a good time but are looking for somebody respectful and mature who will treat the house like a home.

Although pictured with some furniture, some of this may be removed from the room but the bed will be there.

All bills are included in the price ( a steal for this area ) and the house is lovely and warm in the colder months and cool in the summer.
