Small Double Room In Fantastic Location

This room is a small double, but has all the necessary for a Monday - Friday lodger.
I am looking for a female lodger or LGBTQ+ person.
The house is a 4 bedroom terraced 2 storey house located in a quiet cul de sac right in the centre of Shoreditch just minutes away from Brick Lane and Columbia Road. Fantastic public transport links - 5 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street overground, 10/15 minute walk to Liverpool St, and 10/15 minute walk to Bethnal Green or Old St tube.
The house is occupied by just myself, a female designer, who works from home and has converted the other spare bedrooms into studio work space.
The house has a large living room with a dining area and french doors leading out to a cute but sizeable back garden. The house has a spacious kitchen, upstairs bathroom (with bathtub) and a downstairs toilet.
I am looking for a professional person who is likely to be busy out at work during the day (as I work from home, and sometimes have assistants in the house with me).
Evenings I like to cook and socialise, maybe sit in the garden with a glass of wine....
