I will be leaving on the 13th of July, and the room will be available from that day until September 6th!
The room is a bargain (£550 pcm inc bills - that would make £970 for the 8 weeks, payable in 2 or 3 instalments) and comes furnished with a desk, chair, bookcase, mirror and chest of drawers.
And guess what: NO DEPOSIT!!!
The flat is on 2 tiers with a HUGE living room with massive TV with Netflix, Apple+ and Disney+ included and a lovely balcony where you can chill in the sun on our hammock!
Location-wise you will not find any better value than this! The living room also has a couple of tables and sofas for hanging out; and the balcony overlooks a communal garden which is particularly enjoyable when the weather is good.
This flat is in a great location – just a 10 minute walk from Hoxton and Old Street, or a 20 minute walk from Angel and Shoreditch. We are only 5-10 minutes from Regents Canal, which runs either to Angel and Kings Cross or to Victoria Park. We are also within a 30 minute walk of the city of London, Highbury, Bethnal Green etc. This is a great area to live in!
There are 3 bedrooms in the flat with 2 currently filled – Rob, 33 y/o Londoner who works for a homeless charity and is into sports, records, pubs and trying to keep my plants alive. I have been at Wenlock Court for over 7 years and I love the neighbourhood, especially when it’s no longer winter (please end). And Fillippo - 26 y/o Italian who loves football (Inter), food and music. We just want another tenant who is friendly, respectful and laid back. The flat is particularly good for anyone 20s/30s working in Old Street, Angel or the City, anyone new to North/East London or anyone just looking to save up some money to go travelling etc.
