We have 3 newly refurbished rooms to let in a newly refurbished flat in Godwin House, Thurtle Road, London E2 8PH.

The flat has 5 rooms in total (1 person per room) with 2 seperate showers and 2 toilets and a spacious kitchen with diner area (all newly done up). Currently 2 tenants stay in two rooms, both professionals, a male and a female.

With fire alarms and fire doors and other safety and security features in each and every room. Door lock on each and every room doors.

All rooms comes with the following:-
1. A double bed for double rooms (the mattresses are very good mattresses, they will be firm and not cheap mattresses).

All rooms will have a wardrobe
All rooms will have a chest drawer
All rooms will have a folding desk
All rooms will have a folding chair

The property has washing machine which comes with a built in clothes dryer too.
Bread Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, electric Oven, 4 Gas hobs for fast cooking. Good size spacious fridge freezer.

Fast Broadband with booster to ensure broadband and WiFi in every room.

We are looking for 3 professionals or 3 well behaved students.
We prefer mature people please (not mature as in age wise, but mature as in no party and no loud noises and respectful).

Only 1 tenant in each room please. No Couples.

We expect our tenants to be clean and tidy and not create anti social behaviour or smoke in the flat or rooms. No drugs allowed inside the property.

We will do weekly communal areas cleaning once a week as a complimentary with our cleaner (that’s the kitchen, bathrooms and toilet).
