Description
I have a spare room in the two-bedroom flat I'm currently renting in Shoreditch. It's very much a home rather than a bin in the wall, which will become apparent from the books and music.
I don't think it's possible to get even close to a) this size of flat b) in this location and c) for this price.
About the flat: The flat is RIDICULOUSLY well located in the heart of Shoreditch (corner of Shoreditch High Street and Great Eastern Street), and features a very large living room.
There's also a shower/bathroom, washer dryer, 60MB internet, a good stereo in the living room and a digital piano. There's a security door to the street, so it's a very secure place.
About me: I'm a design/manufacture professional working just off Brick Lane, 34-years-old and very much into music (which will become apparent from the instruments everywhere, but don't worry, I keep noise to an absolute minimum).
I tend to be out of the flat in the evenings roughly half the week, and take the privacy of others seriously. I enjoy cooking, reading, music, films and of course, going to the many, many pubs and restaurants in this fine city.
The flat is available immediately with £800 security deposit, all of which will be handled by the very attentive and accomodating estate agents (a rare thing indeed). Bills are approximaately £110 each per month, which covers council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water.
