Hi, we're Rumi and Jib, a couple in our twenties looking for a third (possibly a fourth) flatmate to join us in our lovely two-bed flat in E1.

It's a furnished room with direct access to an adjacent balcony.

We're open to a couple, for £1,700 pcm (not including bills).

A stone's throw from Brick Lane, the flat's really well-connected. Shoreditch High Street is a 5-minute walk away; Whitechapel, Liverpool Street (both Elizabeth line stations) and Bethnal Green are 10-15 minutes away by foot; Old Street is a 20-minute walk.

There are loads of independent shops in the area, as well as plenty of good (and not so good) pubs, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, parks, markets, museums and much-loved food popups. There's even a city farm a few minutes' walk away!

Regent's Canal, Victoria Park, Spitalfields, Tower Bridge and the City of London are easily walkable too, as is pretty much every East London landmark you'd care to visit.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe for storage, a mirror and a bedside cabinet.

The flat is a new-build that’s cosy in the winter and airy in the summer. It's in Council Tax band D.

The kitchen and living room are open plan, there’s a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, the water pressure in the shower is great, and the Wi-Fi's nice and quick.

We’re both optometrists, and are looking for a professional around the same age as us, who’s looking for a place to relax and call home.
