The current tenants are young professionals who both have varied and interesting lives. They are warm and friendly and would welcome the opportunity to live with someone who is clean and looking for a calm clean, sanctuary and not a party house.

It would be very helpful if you reply includes

Your age and occupation. Also the location of your work. We would like to give preference to someone who is working in the local area.

This room is only available to professionals earning over £37K

Located just off New North Road with buses direct to the city and London Bridge. Around 8 mins walk to Old Street Station. Lots of really convenient shops close at hand including Tesco Metro 2 mins walk away.

All rooms are furnished with double robes. Ortho mattress and desk.

The flatmates are quiet and private people. Friendly but this is definitely a sanctuary from the noise and hassle of London and not a party flat in any way. There a strong preference for a female flatmate . Age 22-28.

About the Landlord
We personally manage a small portfolio of properties similar to this. We understand that our tenants are busy people and that living in central London means saving at least an hour a day commuting, not to mention hundreds of pounds a year in travel costs. The flats are cleverly designed with our tenants in mind. The idea is that you can be more with less. There is a cleaner who comes and cleans the communal area, all your bills are paid, there is a dishwasher for washing up and a local handyman for any repairs. Finally the flat has excellent fibre optic broadband to ensure that your life is always connected.
