Lovely bright double room in Shoreditch/Old Street

Our housemate is sadly moving out and leaving our lovely flat in Old Street, so we're looking for a friendly, easy going housemate (a girl) to take her spot.

You'd be living with two girls (24 & 33) working in an advertising agency and at TikTok in a 3 double bedroom apartment just 2 minutes walk from Old Street station (and loads of bus routes). We’re both very friendly and love to enjoy good food, chats, wine and movie nights together, but are also considerate of each other and of the mutual space (so we keep the flat clean at all times).

The room comes furnished with a double bed and storage space and gets lots of light, whilst being pretty soundproof to outside noise.

Bills are split equally each month (about £110 each) and we share the cost of basics to make sure the flat is always fully stocked with essentials.

The contract is a rolling monthly periodic tenancy, with your first rent payment due on 23/07. Your deposit would be equivalent to 1 month's rent.

The flat is in a secure block with friendly and quiet neighbours. There is a Co-Op, M&S, Superdrug and Sainsbury's all just around the corner, as well as being walking distance to Shoreditch one way and Angel the other way. We also love weekend walks along the canal to Broadway Market/London Fields/any other fun activities to explore the city.
