Sunny double room in Shoreditch

I’m moving out from this amazing house in East London due to change of work place. My awesome flatmates are looking for a fourth person to move in at the beginning of September!

Location:
Shoreditch (E2)
- Literally 4 minutes walk away from Brick Lane
- 8mins walk away from Shoreditch Overground Station
- 12mins walk away from Bethnal Green Underground Station

The house has:
- 4 bedrooms in total
- 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one of the 2nd floor)
- Large kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances - including a washing machine, tumble dryer AND dishwasher!
- Place for a bicycle by the entrance
- Fast internet
- And a lovely sunny garden!

The room:
- It’s a really good sized room, with space for desk to work from home and lots of storage. The room is very bright and sunny - perfect for plant lovers:)
- The room comes with the bed and built in wardrobe. The rest of the furniture are mine and I'll take them with me:)
- It’s available from 2nd September so we’re looking for someone to move in around that time (we can chat about flexibility on this). Bills come to around £60-70 per person per month.
- The person we are looking for: someone easygoing, clean, respectful, open minded, ideally in their 20s/30s, with a full time job.

The flatmates:
- A Portuguese guy that works in finance and is also fluent in French, a Serbian girl working in arts, film and exhibitions, and an English guy working for the NHS.
- They are all super friendly and there’s always a good, chilled vibe. It’s not a “party house”, everyone respects each other’s space but also like getting together for some drinks or BBQ in the garden altogether and with friends!
