2 Double rooms in luxury modern tower Shroreditch

1 smaller double room available in my modern, stylish 3 bed apartment from the end of August/start September.. Probably too small for a couple.

I'm in Avantgarde Tower and my home is a great apartment with stunning views and all mod cons. Would most likely suit a professional. I'm not here a lot of the time so I'd like someone I can trust to look after the place when I'm away. I have a wonderful cleaner that comes weekly, bean to cup coffee machine, piano, and a secure parking space can be available.

When I'm home I work from home so the apartment would suit people who are mostly out and about in the day. I occasionally look after an adorable and very lazy dog so you'd have to be a dog person. My interests are cooking, socialising, travel but my clubbing days are way behind me so this isn't a party flat at all. That said, it is a social place so having friends over or doing dinner parties etc is totally fine. I don't mind smokers on the balcony.

I'm very no nonsense, no drama, decent, fun guy and the apartment is a lovely relaxing space away from the hustle of Shoreditch. I'm gay so this is a safe space so I don't mind gay/straight etc. The other 2 in the apartment are my cousin and his boyfriend. It's more about the personality fit more than anything else.

Building has a gym (you'd need to do an induction for a small charge), 24 hour concierge and security. All bills included.. Currently I have Netflix and Amazon prime.

Could consider shorter term letting - all very flexible here.
