Small Double Room in 3 Bed Shoredtich Flat

Looking for a new housemate to join us in our 3-bed flat in Shoreditch available from Mid April.

The room available is an unfurnished small double, in a three bed with two bathrooms, a large communal area and a balcony.

Located in Zone 1, there are great transport links with Liverpool Street, Old Sreet and Shoreditch High Street all within 10 minutes walk.

You will be joining two housemates in their late twenties/early thirties (one Aussie, one from Wales) who work in media and jewellery - looking for a new addition to the household who is chilled, clean, tidy and social.

Bills usually come to about £180 each a month.

Looking for someone over the age of 28 who is full time working professional, preferably not someone who works from home full time (2/3 day split is ideal).

We will be arranging viewings (and maybe a trip to the pub) in the coming weeks.
