Description

The Spiel:
One of our housemates needs to move out - which means we need a top new addition to join our flat on a new contract starting on the 18th of November. Please note that the rent is based off the current figure, we're hoping the landlord doesn't increase it, but we are currently in discussions here.

The Flat:
Our flat is part of a large 4 bedroom warehouse conversion with one bedroom available. There’s a good kitchen setup and we're already fully loaded with appliances, cookware and crockery, there's a nice lounge area and also a shared bathroom. We're right in the heart of Shoreditch, close to an array of East London's finest bars, restaurants, cafes and nightlife - making it an exceptionally buzzing place to live!

The Room:
This is one of the largest rooms in the flat, quite a rare find for London standards! The room comes partially furnished with the below items to be sold to the new flat mate and arranged with our current flat mate who is leaving.

Few minutes away from Regents canal, Columbia Road Flower Market is just 10 mins on foot, Hoxton Market each Saturday, Shoreditch Park, Nuffield Health Gym is 2 mins away, Hackney leisure centre close by, and Hoxton Square full of good restaurant selections and cocktail bars etc.

The Bills:
All bills (council tax, power, gas, water, broadband, cleaner + general shared bits for the house) are separate from the rent - coming in at approx £160pm.

The Housemates;
Sam (31), Chris (28), Laurs (32) - all working varying roles in advertising / media. We're easy going, looking for a housemate that we get along with. Keen for the flat to have a positive vibe. Often we're quite busy in our professional lives, but tend to chill together some weeknights and occasionally get together for the pub or dinner. We stay on top of flat admin, keep the space tidy and respect the fact that our place is a home and not a party house which is a dynamic we'd like to keep.

The Next Step:

Due to high demand on SpareRoom at the moment, we'll be holding viewings/meet & greets in 15 minute intervals w/c 4 November / 11 November (alternative times can be discussed).
