PLEASE READ***the living room, dining room and kitchen (combined space) is being used as my bedroom. The dining area and kitchen are on the other side of the room (your room is the one being advertised). So ideally this would be for someone looking for something quite chilled and respectful.

Looking for someone in October to take this spacious double room with a balcony.

You’d be sharing with me. I’m 30, currently working full time as a graphic designer.

The flat is in a prime location in the heart of Shoreditch. Closest stations are: Shoreditch High St and Old St. Many buses that go to Central and East. Plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. It really is the most convenient location!

All bills are included, first months rent upon arrival.
